Camp Description

Ages: 15+ or Grades: 9th – 12th

 

Young Adult Art Studio is an in-depth approach to art studio practices in Drawing and Painting. All classes will be conducted in the art department’s studio facilities. Students will receive individualized attention from classroom instructors. The creative exploration of art themes and concepts will be covered including personal expression and critical analysis. This will provide an opportunity for students to build on an art portfolio for professional use or college application requirements. The very last day students will work on creating a gallery exhibit of their work.

• Mondays- Fridays

• 1:00PM - 5:00 PM

• Cost: $400 for all three weeks (includes all supplies)

 

There will be an exhibition of student artwork followed by a reception at the end of the Young Adult Art Studio.  Parents will be informed of the date and time for the exhibition during the weeks prior to the end of camp.
